Dealberry provides a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform designed specifically for content creators, helping you manage brand deals, track partnerships, organize contacts, and streamline your sponsorship workflow. Dealberry is offered as a subscription service with monthly or annual plans.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Dealberry offers a public feedback board where you can post suggestions and vote on features. By posting feedback, you grant Dealberry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate your suggestions into the Service.
Dealberry may use artificial intelligence to assist with features such as data organization, suggestions, and insights. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and suitability of any AI-assisted content before using it.
Dealberry is a paid service offered through monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable due to costs associated with AI processing and infrastructure.
Your privacy is important to us. By using Dealberry, you consent to our collection and processing of personal information, including name, email, payment details, and usage data, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including feedback platforms or social media. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dealberry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealberry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil, in English, with one arbitrator, under Brazilian law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
